A man stands on a side of a busy street, looking across at a dilapidated, seemingly vacant building. He crosses the road and enters. In the distance, a radio crackles. He walks up worn-out stairs, through bare rooms, towards the source of the clamor. In an empty ball room, resonating with the cacophony of sounds, the man confronts himself and his otherworldly co-star.
